Understands and applies constant vigilance to established Ericsson and customer safety and quality standards and practices.
Job Requirement:
- Must have recent & significant Ericsson LTE Integration experience.
- Certified with the following Ericsson technology (L700 / L1900 / L600, BB5216 and Air 32).
- Responsible for method of procedures MOP equipment installation/removal, integration & commissioning of network equipment.
- Must be able to perform ground work, antenna testing and work at heights from an aerial work platform (AWP) such as man-lifts, boom trucks, cranes & other approved equipment.
- Flexibility with ever-changing environments and priorities.
- Understands basic RF Engineering, Radio Frequency theory, and Electricity and Electronics theory
- Must be able to work outside of normal business hours (ie: shift work), to include maintenance window and weekends if needed, 24/7 On Call required.
- Basic computer skills.
- A valid driver’s license and the ability to drive long distances on and off road. A CDL classification may be required for some vehicles.
- Will need to transport equipment, therefore, vehicle with appropriate carrying capacity will be needed.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to climb ladders and steep staircases.
- Ability to work in remote and challenging locations including, but not limited to: rooftops, vaults, and all types of geographic locations.
- Understand and apply constant vigilance to following Ericsson's installation methods and/or NTPs. Never puts customer service at risk by deviating from these documents. inventory of all job-related material.
- Demonstrate proper use of tools.
- Perform power and grounding installation on equipment and small power plants, per the installation methods.
- Read and stay current on installation documentation.
- Read and interpret engineering specs, prints, and drawings (RFDS & CD).
- Demonstrate a high competence in the use of personal computers and various software applications (email, excel, etc).
- Maintain job records and administration tracking of assigned sites.
- Ensure shipment accuracy of job-related material (BOL and equipment scanning)
- Complete equipment and trash removal from site
- Manage closing requirements for assigned sites (Pre/Post log, Pre/Post CX docs)
- Manage all deliverables.
